Letterly quickly transcribes my voice into speech. I have used the “List” option from the “Rewrite” feature. It converted into a short to-do list. Surprisingly, it didn’t miss any tasks in my voice recordings. And I got the accurate results within a few minutes.

2. Social Media

Letterly can provide content for multiple social media platforms. It can create X Posts, X Threads, LinkedIn Posts, Facebook, and Instagram content.

As you can see, I’ve used one voice prompt to create a lot of social media content. The captions are well-written and structured differently for each platform. For example, X Thread content is much longer and more detailed than X posts.

It added cool emojis with the text for more eye-catching captions. Plus, you don’t need to search for hashtags as well; it auto-suggests them.

One thing: Letterly kept the content for each platform more or less similar. It just changed the structure and sentence construction. I wish they could come up with more creative ideas.

The journal entries were clear and easy to understand, avoiding complex phrasing. Letterly offers key insights and mood tracking for professionally written content. I particularly appreciated the unique formatting for both gratitude and personal journals.

4. Writing Emails

Letterly also helps in writing formal and casual emails. You can copy the email and send it directly to your office colleagues, clients, or loved ones.

I really liked the output. The professional emails are precise, to-the-point, and free from any grammatical errors. Email-ready templates are truly appropriate for individual use. 

However, I didn’t find any significant difference between formal and casual email content.  

5. Drafting Messages

This AI writing tool is incredibly useful for automating the typing process. For example, if you want to send a quick message to your team, simply record your speech and transcribe it with Letterly.

I gave it a short instruction on how to write Business and Friendly messages. I kept my speech raw to test its performance even when the sentence framing wasn’t correct.

Scriptwriting truly requires expertise. And if you’re not a professional writer, Letterly can simplify the task for you. I’ve used it multiple times to publish professional videos on my YouTube channels.

Surprisingly, Letterly added content in each section on its own. And the information is correct. Obviously, it’s just an outline. You can’t use the structured output for final content delivery. Edit and refine it with more information. 

But, overall, the tool will definitely remain helpful for beginners and new bloggers.

Performance and Reliability

Letterly transcribes long 15-minute recordings in under a minute. And the transcription accuracy is impressive. Even with incorrect sentence construction in the speech, the output is free from grammatical and vocabulary errors.
