What are AI Humanizers?
AI Humanizers are tools that convert AI-generated text into more natural, human-like content. They do so by making modifications to the AI text’s tone, structure, and style and replacing any artificial elements with words and phrases that feel more realistic.
AI Humanizers can help you evade AI detection tools, personalize your content, and improve readability. However, also note that these tools may not remove all traces of AI, and introduce errors in your content. Thus, you should carefully edit your humanized content before publishing it.
Some popular examples of AI humanizer tools are BypassGPT, Quillbot, StealthGPT, Humanize AI, and more.

Testing Parameters
In order to test these AI Humanizers, I generated 2 paragraphs of AI content on a complex topic – “Cybersecurity”. Here’s the paragraph I chose for AI content detection.
“Cybersecurity, a critical facet of modern digital infrastructure, involves safeguarding sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. Malicious actors employ a myriad of techniques, such as phishing, malware, and ransomware, to exploit vulnerabilities and compromise networks. Implementing robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols, is paramount. Additionally, organizations must prioritize user awareness and training to mitigate risks associated with social engineering attacks. By adopting a layered security approach and staying abreast of emerging threats, businesses can bolster their defenses against cyberattacks and protect their valuable assets.”
I ran the above text through all the AI humanizers and compared their outputs. I also took other factors into account, such as word limit, free plan, percentage of AI detected, unique features, etc. Finally, I processed the output through GPTZero for the tools lacking a built-in AI detector.
Based on all these factors, I ranked the tools on my list.
11 Best AI Humanizers for 2025
1) StealthGPT
StealthGPT is a pretty simple and straightforward tool. All you need to do is paste your AI content. It has a 350-word input limit. It generates a shorter and more natural, human-like text.
Though it lacks advanced tools like AI detection or options to pick a tone, mode, or AI model, I still love its output. When I checked with GPTZero, it detected a 2% probability of the content being generated with AI. This is pretty good.
The best part is upon reading, it actually feels like it’s written in natural language. Bloggers, students, and professionals can all use it to make their text more friendly and human-like!
Cons:
- No built-in AI detection
- No tone selection
- No mode selection
Free Plan: The free plan lets you use the AI humanizer once every 7 days.
2) Humanize AI
Humanize AI is a platform for converting AI content into human like content for free! It doesn’t require you to create an account and also doesn’t impose any word limits on the input.
It features multiple modes like Standard, Academic, Simple, Formal, Informal, etc. You can use them as per your requirements. For instance, use the Academic mode for college assignments and papers, and the Informal mode for invitations and casual greetings. I liked the Standard mode.
Humanize AI also features an Ultra Run feature, which you can enable to go undetected from all AI detectors. The output takes about 15 seconds to generate. What I liked about this tool is that it highlights the changes made in orange and the unedited parts in blue.
Sadly, you won’t find any built-in AI content detectors in Humanize AI. I only found a 2% AI probability in its output when I checked with GPTZero, which is great! I would recommend this to anyone who works with multiple types of content.
Cons:
- No inbuilt AI detection.
Free Plan: You can check up to 200 words per day for free.
3) Quillbot
Quillbot is a popular paraphrasing tool used by over 4.3 million users globally! Though it’s not a focused AI Humanizer as such, you can use it to paraphrase your AI content into 100% human-like text.
To start with Quillbot, you simply need to paste your content in the text window. It has a limit of 125 words for the input. Next, you can select a mode. Though it features multiple modes, only Standard and Fluency modes are available on the free version. You can also choose a language of your choice for the output.
It swiftly generates the paraphrased content. The specialty of Quillbot is that it transforms your text into an easy-to-understand format. I personally like using Quillbot to simplify complex writing as well.
It doesn’t have an in-built AI checker. Upon checking the output with GPTZero, it detected a mere 2% chance of AI content. Thus, if you want to simplify your complex documents, you should definitely use Quillbot.
Cons:
- No in-built AI detection
- Limited modes on the free version
Free Plan: You can paraphrase up to 125 words at a time on the free plan.

- Low input word limit.
Free Plan: The free plan lets you check 200 words at a time.
5) Undetectable AI
Undetectable AI, as the name suggests, is a tool that makes your content undetectable to AI detectors. All you have to do is paste your content in the editor window. It has a 15k character limit for the input. You can also hit the “Check for AI” button to detect AI in your input.
Next, choose from the following options:
- Readability level – University, Journalist, Marketing, Doctorate, etc.
- Purpose – General Writing, Article, Essay, Cover Letter, Report, etc.
- AI Model – Basic / Undetectable
- Output Preference – More Readable / More Balanced / More Human
The output is automatically checked through all the major AI detectors, like GPTZero, OpenAI, QuillBot, Copyleaks, etc for AI presence. When I tested with GPTZero, it detected a 7% chance of AI content.
The output didn’t feel human-like. It seemed a little like ChatGPT. Also, through multiple generations, I noticed a few punctuation errors as well.
Overall, if you want a platform for creating human-like content and also detecting AI presence, Undetectable AI is a great option! Given its extensive input limit, you can use it for blog posts and larger documents.
Cons:
- Low free plan credits.
Free Plan: You get 250 AI credits with the free plan, where 1 word = 1 credit.
6) Hix Bypass
Hix Bypass is a well-known AI humanizer. It’s trained on extensive human-written content and employs advanced algorithms to replicate human-like patterns and evade AI detection.
To start with Hix Bypass, you need to paste your AI content in its text field. It can only check 125 words at a time and up to 300 words in total on the free version. So, make sure you only enter short blocks of content.
Next, you can select a mode. It features 4 modes – fast, balanced, aggressive, and latest. Fast Mode is for quick content generation. Use the Balanced Mode for making moderate changes. Aggressive Mode helps perform stronger edits. And Latest Mode uses their most recent model to humanize content.
The AI humanizer works swiftly. Finally, you can check the output content with 7 popular AI Content Detectors, including GPTZero, Copyleaks, and more. I was pretty impressed to note that all 7 AI detectors pass the output as human content.
In my opinion, the output produced by different modes of Hix Bypass was pretty average. I could notice spelling and grammatical errors when using the Aggressive and Latest Modes. The Balanced Mode produced good results, though.
If you wish to convert your AI content into easily readable format, go with Hix Bypass!
Cons:
- Output has typos
- Limited free plan
Free Plan: You can check 300 words in total on the free plan.

The Personalize tab lets you create a persona and define your audience. You can select from pre-defined options or add custom inputs. Similarly, the Goals tab helps you set goals for tone, clarity, content focus, engagement level, clarity, language complexity, etc.
It doesn’t come with any built-in AI detectors. When I checked with GPTZero, it detected 7% AI in the output. Overall, the content feels human-like, but it could’ve been more concise. It expanded my word count by 36 words to convey the same message.
Cons:
- No built-in AI detection
Free Plan: You get 1000 words to humanize on the free plan.
8) BypassGPT
BypassGPT is an AI humanizer trusted by big names like Techradar, Business Insider, PC World, The Economic Times, and more. It lets you create human-like content within seconds.

It checks your text with multiple AI detectors like GPTZero, Copyleaks, Sapling, etc. You can also select a mode from Fast, Creative, or Enhanced. Fast mode makes basic changes to the text, Creative mode adds interesting edits and Enhanced mode bypasses the strictest content detectors.
I personally used the Enhanced mode. However, the results were quite disappointing. 3 of the AI Detectors flagged it as 50% AI-generated. Whereas, 4 of the AI detectors flagged the output as 100% AI generated.
It also has a Daily Check-In system, where you can earn 20 words every day by just logging in to your BypassGPT account. Overall, BypassGPT didn’t succeed in humanizing AI content. But it makes your text more readable. You can edit it manually to make it more human-like.

10) Humanize AI
Humanize AI, as the name suggests, helps you humanize AI content. To start with it, you can enter your text and select the default settings for mode and readability. The output produced by Humanize AI doesn’t quite feel human-like. It comes with long and complex sentences.
Though it doesn’t have in-built AI detection, GPTZero detected a 5% AI possibility. The paid plan includes features like keyword/phrase lock, aggressive and enhanced modes, readability levels, and ‘Show Difference’ between input and output.
Overall, it’s a decent tool with a basic user interface and limited features in the free plan.
Cons:
- No in-built AI detection.
Free Plan: With the free plan, you get a limit of 300 words or 1800 characters.
11) AI Humanize
AI Humanize is another AI tool that helps you evade AI detectors successfully. It requires you to sign-up with your email or Google account. Next, you can paste your content and choose an AI model from Falcon 1.0 and Falcon 2.0.
If you want, you can first check for AI content. It checks your input text and detects the percentage probability of it being AI-generated. Next, you can hit the Humanize button to generate a more human version of the content.
I could find a lot of punctuation errors, and some sentences didn’t make logical sense in the text either. They can improve on the rephrasing part. However, I liked its Text Analysis metrics. You get colorful graphs and scores for perplexity, sentence length, length variation, and length normality.
Overall, AI Humanize is a decent tool. But I won’t recommend it because it makes a lot of punctuation mistakes to evade AI detection.
Cons:
- Lots of errors in the output.
Free Plan: The free plan lets you rewrite 400 words for free.
