What is YouStable Hosting?

YouStable is a web hosting provider founded by Mr. Rajesh Chauhan in the year 2015. With their headquarters based in Lucknow, India, they aim to provide the best possible service to their customers. They currently have over 55k+ customers. 

YouStable offers various types of hosting services, including web hosting, cPanel hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, etc. They have provided clear information about the YouStable team, which really builds trust and authenticity.

This hosting company has been growing at a steady pace over the last few years. I hope to see them continue the same way and keep on constantly improving their services.

Testing Parameters

For conducting different performance tests, I’ve purchased the YouStable DaProfessional plan (US Servers). Apart from that, I’ve used the following settings on my WordPress-based website.

• US Servers
• OceanWP Theme (Elementor-based)
• Gym Template
• LiteSpeed Cache Plugin (default settings)

YouStable User Interface

YouStable has completely revamped its user interface. It looks pretty neat and minimalistic. As you log in to the dashboard, the main window displays your active services and support tickets. 

From the left panel, you can access features like hosting, domains, billing, support, etc. The top right corner lets you access notifications, account settings, etc. As you click on your active service, it shows the disk and bandwidth usage.

Talking about the control panel, you don’t get the standard cPanel with YouStable. It offers the DirectAdmin panel, which has features like cPanel, but lacks its ease of use and intuitive design. Overall, their UI has improved significantly and looks more beginner-friendly now. 

YouStable Speeds

YouStable offers swift speeds in the US but is quite slow in Indian regions. Let’s look at the speed test results in detail. I tested the speeds of my website hosted on YouStable from the following locations: New York (US) and Bangalore (India).

On testing from the Indian location, my website took a massive 4.44 seconds to load. These are below-average results, and the primary reason is my servers being US-based. Whereas when I tested from the US location, my website loaded in just 1.48 seconds. 

Overall, you won’t find good speeds for YouStable in India. But if you have a US-based audience, YouStable would be a great option for you!

YouStable Uptime

I’ve been monitoring the uptime of my YouStable website using the Better Uptime tool. This tool tracks my website uptime every 30 seconds.

YouStable Uptime Status Report

Here’s the uptime report for YouStable’s DaProfessional Shared Hosting Plan (US Servers) for the past 12 months.

In the last 30 days, my website’s uptime has been 99.96%. Whereas, in the last 365 days, the average uptime has been a remarkable 99.99%.

Note: I have an active plan of the YouStable DaProfessional Shared Hosting plan. Every month, this page will be updated with the latest uptime data.

YouStable also offers an uptime guarantee of 99% on its hosting plans. If they don’t fulfill the said uptime levels, they refund the entire month’s fee back to their customers, which is quite a transparent practice.

If you need better uptime for your website, you can go with Cloudways, Rocket.net, ChemiCloud hosting, etc.

YouStable Load Test

To test the load management capacities of YouStable, I sent 50 virtual users over to my site from the US region.

They made a total of 10.8k requests, with the peak requests reaching 49 req/sec. The P95 response time was 26 ms, and surprisingly, there were no request failures or major spikes in the response time.

Overall, YouStable handled the load really well, and I was highly impressed with its performance.

YouStable Data Centers

YouStable now offers 11 global data centers spread across the globe. The following table highlights the locations. It’s great to see YouStable add two Indian data centers.

YouStable Domains

If you are looking for domain names along with your hosting, YouStable also functions as a domain registration service. Let’s look at the important domain features offered by YouStable.

Free Domains

YouStable offers a free domain name for the first year on all the shared hosting plans. After the first year, standard domain charges would apply to your domain name.

New Domain Pricing

If you wish to purchase a new domain from YouStable, the following are the charges for the popular domain extensions.

Temporary Domain

Unfortunately, YouStable doesn’t provide a preview URL or temporary domain with shared hosting plans. With this feature, you can preview how your website appears without connecting a custom domain.

YouStable Cache Plugins

Because YouStable works on LiteSpeed servers, you can use the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin on your WordPress website. 

They also offer the AccelerateWP cache plugin for WordPress websites. These plugins dramatically improve the speed and performance of your website.

YouStable CDN

YouStable doesn’t offer a built-in CDN with its hosting plans. Their support team recommends using the Cloudflare CDN for improved speed and performance. 

YouStable Inode Count

Inode Count refers to the total number of files that you can store on your hosting account. The following is the inode count limit on the shared hosting plans of YouStable.

YouStable Support

YouStable offers customer support through email, live chat, and call support. Their knowledge base is quite comprehensive. You get 500+ annotated articles covering all the major topics. You also get call support in Hindi here.

Their live chat support was slightly slow in my experience. They were able to answer basic queries, but the initial responses took a while. Overall, their technical support quality can be improved.

YouStable Pricing

YouStable offers 3 different shared hosting plans. The following table compares their pricing and major features. 

The shared hosting plans of YouStable start from ₹59/mo, where you get 1 website and 50 GB NVMe SSD storage. The maximum discount can be seen on 3-year subscriptions. 

Best Plan 

In my experience, the DaProfessional Shared Hosting plan is the best option for those starting their online journey. It would cost you around ₹5,055 for 3 years, which is quite affordable.

If you’re looking for hosting plans for shorter terms, the DaProfessional plan for 1-year would be a great choice too! 

Payment Options

You get the following payment methods for purchasing hosting from YouStable: UPI, PayPal, PayTM, GPay, Net Banking, Credit and Debit Cards, and Bank Transfer. The UPI option is good for Indian users.

Apart from that, you can also enter your GST number if you have one. This is good if you need GST invoices for your purchases. Overall, the payment options are really beneficial for Indian users.

Refund Policy

You get a standard 30-day refund policy with YouStable. This means that if you don’t enjoy using their hosting, you can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase and get your entire money back.

YouStable doesn’t offer a website builder on its Starter shared hosting plan. However, on its DaProfessional & DaElite Hosting plans, you get the AI WordPress website builder.

If you need a website builder, you can check out platforms like Hostinger, SwipePages, Wix, Squarespace, etc.

YouStable Backups and Restoration

YouStable offers the JetBackups app for taking backups of your website data. You can access it through the DirectAdmin Panel. It provides free backups that are stored for 7 days. You can also create on-demand manual backups and restore them selectively with a single click.

However, the only drawback is that the backups are stored on the same server instead of an off-server location. Thus, in case of accidental deletions or hacks, your data may get compromised. 

YouStable Apps and Software

YouStable supports a library of 240+ applications belonging to a range of categories like blogs, CMS, forums, image galleries, calendars, ad management, emails, polls, eCommerce, customer support, and more.

Talking about software, YouStable offers Litespeed servers and supports various scripts, including PHP, Python, Node.js, Perl, etc.

YouStable Cons

1) Inconsistent Customer Support

My experience with YouStable’s live chat support wasn’t always consistent. Response times varied, and the technical quality of support could be improved.

2) Slow Speeds in India 

In my testing from Indian location, my website took over 4 seconds to load. Thus, you get sluggish speeds in Indian regions. 

3) Only 7 Day Backups

YouStable hosting only retains generated backups for up to 7 days. This is quite limited as compared to the other web hosts.

4) Limited Free Migrations

YouStable only offers 1 free migration and a limit of 5 GB on migrations. If your website exceeds 5 GB, you’ll be charged an additional amount for migration.

YouStable Alternatives

1) YouStable vs Hostinger

Hostinger offers reliable uptime, excellent load handling, Indian data centers, and beginner-friendly tools, like YouStable. It also supports UPI payments, GST invoices, AI-powered features, and LiteSpeed servers, making it a great option for bloggers and startups. 

Where Hostinger stands out is its significantly faster speeds in India, feature-rich ecosystem, and stronger security. It also offers a more polished hPanel, AI tools, better human support, and advanced security features. Its pricing plans start from $2.99/month.

2) YouStable vs FastComet

Why Should You Trust Me?
